The venue was in a remote location near the old city and tourist attractions, a business park, and the adjacent Oncopole. Street food restaurant Sparky's Grill was located 10 minutes walk away. The employees were very friendly and offered good services.

The location was particularly good for exploring Toulouse. We stayed in a double room with good access to toulouse business areas. Everything was brand-new, nevertheless a few employees were very unhelpful.

The well-equipped fitness center offered a variety of exercise options, ensuring I could maintain my fitness routine even while traveling. It was a great way to stay active and rejuvenate myself during my stay at Mercure Toulouse Sud.

The only minor inconvenience I encountered was the hotel's location, which was slightly remote.

The room is soundproof, with nice decor and nice touches, the bed is comfortable, and the service is great, with a convenient location close to Oncopole, the city center.

Amazing Atrium: The lounge-bar set in the hotel's atrium was a hidden gem. I felt like I was in a jungle oasis, sipping my drink surrounded by lush greenery. It was a welcome escape from the bustling city outside.

Dirty Toilet: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the toilet was a letdown.

The room was spacious, had modern amenities like central heating, safe, and a TV with many channels, all in a beautiful and tranquil setting.

We were amazed by the cleanliness of the hotel during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and the dinner served in our room was exceptional. The little gym was a nice surprise, equipped with top-notch cardio machines. We also appreciated the friendly breakfast cook who impressed us with his creative "pistache framboise croissant. " we highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, exceptional service, and convenient location.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location, situated outside of the city center and next to a business park, was perfect for us as we were just passing through the area. It was very convenient for our route. Additionally, the hotel provided excellent service, including room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry facilities. We were even welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-stocked mini-bar. We also enjoyed the terrace, where we could relax and soak in the surroundings. the level of comfort and quality service provided at this place was outstanding.
